Flying my pet frog across Canada?

Hello, I'm moving from Vancouver to Ottawa in a few months, and would like to bring my pet frog along with me. I've booked my flight with West Jet, yet I'm unsure of their pet policies. How would I fly my pet frog to Ottawa? It could go in a small kennel with just a damp towel and be fine, but I'm not sure if they'd allow it?
