I dont want people viewing our apartment to pass on bed bugs..is there anything I could do?

bed bugs are known to bite at random. i recommend not letting anyone into your apartment, ever. then you should be safe, unless one decides to walk into your house through a crack in the wall. then you should bleach bomb your house until all life is obsolete.
