Are fourth row floor seats at a WWE Event good?

Those tickets are amazing; you don't have to be in the first row to view all the action going on in the ring. If you ask me, I think the best seats starting from the sixteenth row going down are good seats. You can still see what's happening in the ring; you can also see the entrance where the superstars are coming in. And when you hold up signs (if you bring any) the camera will easily get a shot of them and anyone watching at home can see it. Those tickets are worth it. Since it's your first WWE live event, go in that arena and enjoy it! I can't give any help, I haven't been to one either.
