Can i get into UofT, UWO, university of Ottawa, etc?

With an average of 95 you can get in anywhere in Canada and probably almost anywhere in the world. When applying to schools in Canada, unless they are specialized programs like UWO's Ivey School of Business, you don't need supplementary applications. They only look at marks. So if you have 95 you will get into all 3!
