Christian Teens: How do you deal with being in the world?

I haven't faced anything like this in my life; but from reading the Bible I learned God gives us instructions when we are being prosecuted for believing in the truth. My advice would be to shock them all by showing them love and writing nice things about them. Turn the other cheek. Keep believing in God, pray that he'll give you strength to overcome their mean comments. God gives us big waves as a test for is to keep our faith strong. What they say doesn't matter!
