I've been dating him on-and-off for 6 months, and he still says he doesnt want to be my boyfriend?

my thoughts are that he wants the comitment out of you but cant give you his. he wants you to sit around and wait for him but honey dont do tell him to either make it offical or your going to find someone else..thatll straighten him out
