My Just turned 9 sister is an amazing singer how can I get her to make it big?

she sings really good it dont matter the age if she has the talent she can make it and be a star she need to create a original song and post it on youtube there are alot of free software out there to use i'm a producer when i first start off i was using all free stuff i think she should be like a pop/r&b singer
